Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. Do not share access or attempt to bypass membership limits.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The top-three scanner preview is free. First-time Core and Pro memberships offer a 14-business-day free trial when Stripe checkout is available. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. equity-market holidays; checkout day is day zero and the trial ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern on the 14th subsequent business day. The exact first billing date is shown in Stripe before confirmation. A card is required; account creation alone does not start a trial or authorize payment. After the trial, Core renews at $49.99/month or Pro at $80.99/month, plus applicable tax, until canceled. Optional text messages cost an additional $2.99/month when delivery and purchase are available, and require separate opt-in consent. Cancel through Manage subscription before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Unavailable checkout starts no trial or charge. Memberships and selected available add-ons renew monthly, with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime before the next renewal to stop future charges. You can cancel an individual add-on separately from your membership. Access to the canceled service continues through the end of its paid billing period. Prices, included features and billing dates will be shown before checkout. Access may otherwise end after failed payment, refund, chargeback or misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, copy, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or use the service unlawfully. Do not present scanner output as guaranteed, verified institutional order flow, or personalized advice.
Data and availability
Market data and third-party services can be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed. Features may be corrected, limited, replaced, or discontinued. Continuous uptime is not promised.
Your decisions
You control every decision and bear every result. Verify data independently and review the Risk Disclosure before using any information for options research.
Intellectual property
WallStreetHustler and WallStreetHustler branding, original software, scoring presentation, research workflows, interface artwork, layouts, written explanations, reports, graphics, and original content are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Access is a limited, personal, revocable license—not a transfer of ownership. You may not copy the interface, scrape or systematically extract results, train another product on the service, republish or resell output, remove ownership notices, create a confusingly similar product presentation, or reverse engineer non-public methods. Third-party names, data, links, and marks belong to their owners.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees and liability may be limited. Terms may change with notice appropriate to the change and applicable law.
